The Washington family continues to grow! We welcome a new family to our community and a new paraprofessional to Washington STEM Academy, Mrs. Amber Paul! Mrs. Paul and her family recently moved to Warsaw from Yorktown, Indiana. Prior to moving, Mrs. Paul was a district sales manager for the state of Indiana for the McGee Group Optical Company. Her career background has always been in optics, however as Mrs. Paul has expressed, "I have always had a desire to be a teacher."
Mrs. Paul's kind, gentle and positive presence has made her transition to Washington feel as though she has been part of the Washington family for a long time. The natural fit in education is evident as Mrs. Paul connects and works with students across the building. She shares, "Our opportunity to move has allowed me to focus on my dream job and I thought starting in the paraprofessional role at Washington STEM Academy was a perfect fit." The Washington staff and teachers are thrilled to have Mrs. Paul and are excited about her future working with students.
Joining Mrs. Paul at Washington are her 10 year old son, Ethan, and 6 year old daughter, Elsie. Mrs. Paul and her husband, Charlie, have been married for 13 years and are settling into the Warsaw community. "I am excited to be able to watch my own children grow in their new surroundings and I am even more excited to work with kids and try to encourage learning and help our future leaders."
Welcome Mrs. Amber Paul and family to the Washington STEM Academy family!
