The WCS Orchestra Department will present their Fall Orchestra Concert on Thursday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the WCHS Performing Arts Center Auditorium. The concert features all members from 6th through 12th grade with Beginning Orchestra, Advanced Middle School Orchestra, Obbligato String Orchestra and Philharmonic Orchestra.
You will hear several music selections representing "spooky season" which include: Night Ride, Haunted Carousel, Ghosts of Brandenburg and The Addams Family Theme Song. The concert ends with the high school orchestras using special effects to perform an instrumental version of Radioactive (as recorded by Imagine Dragons).
The concert is free of charge and all are welcome! Donations accepted for the department.
The Orchestras are under the direction of Angela Dieleman.
